Personal data within the scope of Mata Architecture Company is under the protection of Mata Architecture Company. As Mata Architecture Company, we take necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data are stored securely and processed lawfully in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and relevant legislation.
In this context, a Disclosure Text has been prepared within the scope of this Law and relevant legislation in order to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Law.
- Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may vary depending on the service provided by Mata Architecture Company and the commercial activities of Mata Architecture Company in accordance with the Law. Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically by Mata Architecture Company through verbal, written, or electronic means via Mata Architecture Company units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar tools. When you use our call centers or website, or visit our website and social media channels, your personal data may be processed by being created and updated.
Personal data will be processed by Mata Architecture Company in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, and all relevant legislation;
To ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations as required by legal regulations,
Provision of software services and other outsourcing services for the fulfillment of operational activities,
Performance of necessary work by relevant units for the fulfillment of commercial activities specified in the main contracts of Mata Architecture Company in accordance with legislation and relevant company policies, and conducting activities accordingly,
Determination, planning, and implementation of short, medium, and long-term commercial policies of Mata Architecture Company,
Providing effective customer service,
Presentation of services and offers,
Providing information about all kinds of promotions, campaigns, and draws,
Conducting all kinds of marketing and advertising activities,
Determination of visitor profiles,
Ensuring the commercial reliability of Mata Architecture Company,
Ensuring the response and resolution of requests, demands, and complaints,
Provision of support services to Customers and Visitors within the scope of the contract and service standards,
Conducting market research and statistical studies,
Establishment of communication with individuals in business relations with Mata Architecture Company,

Planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes,
Establishment and management of information technology infrastructure,
Planning and execution of access authorization of employees to Data Subject information,

- Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to Mata Architecture Company’s officers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized institutions and organizations for the following purposes within the legitimate and lawful personal data processing purposes of Mata Architecture Company, in accordance with the fundamental principles prescribed by the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law;
Determination, planning, and implementation of short, medium, and long-term commercial and business strategies,
Ensuring the legal and commercial security of the persons in business relations,
Administrative operations for communication conducted by Mata Architecture Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations owned by Mata Architecture Company, evaluation processes of business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or their employees), reputation research processes, compliance processes, audits, financial affairs, etc.,
Ensuring the execution of human resources policies.

- Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in compliance with the legislation for the period required by legal obligations or the period allowed by the relevant legislation. Your personal data may be collected, processed, transferred, and stored within the scope of the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the protection of personal data processing conditions and purposes, within the purposes specified in articles 1 and 2 of this text.
Your personal data can be obtained by Mata Architecture Company through different methods (Mata Architecture Company headquarters, branches, agents, sales offices, or other physical environments where you can communicate with Mata Architecture Company, call centers, websites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media or other public channels, attending events such as training, seminars organized by them, by investigation method, or orally, in writing, by audio or video recording, or other physical or electronic media, etc.).
In order for the activities of the companies within Mata Architecture Company to be carried out in line with the principles, objectives, and strategies of Mata Architecture Company, and for the protection of the rights and interests and reputation of Mata Architecture Company, the personal data collected and processed by one of the companies within Mata Architecture Company may be transferred to other companies within Mata Architecture Company and processed by these companies.
- Your Rights as a Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law
As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights, Mata Architecture Company will finalize your request within the shortest time and no later than 30 (thirty) days free of charge in accordance with the nature of your request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined.
In this context, data subjects can use the following rights by applying to Mata Architecture Company:

If your personal data are processed by Mata Architecture Company, requesting information about this data processing activity,
If your personal data are processed by Mata Architecture Company, learning the purpose of this data processing activity and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
If personal data are transferred to third parties domestically or abroad, requesting information about these third parties,
Requesting the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
If personal data are processed incompletely or incorrectly by Mata Architecture Company, requesting that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data have disappeared despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws,
If the reasons requiring the processing of personal data have disappeared, requesting that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person as a result of the analysis of the personal data processed exclusively through automated systems by Mata Architecture Company and objecting to this result,
Requesting the remedy of the damages in case of suffering damage due to the processing of personal data unlawfully.
In accordance with Article 13(f.1) of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to Mata Architecture Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, the channels and methods for submitting your application to Mata Architecture Company within the scope of Article 11 of the Law are explained below.
You can submit your explanations regarding the right you want to exercise from those specified in Article 11 of the Law to Mata Architecture Company with identity documents by filling out the “Personal Data Subject Application Form within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698” completely at https://www.matamimarlik.com.tr/;

- Changes
Mata Architecture Company reserves the right to make changes to this notification due to possible changes in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
